Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product packaging has not been opened, used, or tampered with. 

To be eligible for a return, all jugs, sprayers, and included items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once a product has been opened, unsealed, mixed, or used, it cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
